Overview

Responsible for IE team building and management, and continuous improvement of mass production.

Responsibilities

• Lead efficiency improvements, promote lean management, improve benchmark lines, establish an IE talent system database, and provide IE knowledge training.
• Identify production waste, optimize workstations and layouts, and reduce costs according to the production plan.
• Develop ramp-up plans, analyze equipment OEE, develop and implement improvement plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above in engineering related fields (mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, automation, etc.).
• At least 9 years of work experience in automotive or energy industry.
• At least 4 years of work experience in team management.
• Familiar with Lean, Six Sigma and other engineering methods.
• Proficient in VSM, JIT and other engineering tools.
• Familiar with IATF16949 quality system.
• Strong logical analysis ability, communication and coordination ability.
