Job summary

A leading human resources firm in Indonesia is seeking an experienced HR professional to administer compensation and benefits, assist in recruitment, and support employee onboarding. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor Degree in Psychology or Law and more than 3 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with a Japanese company. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

  • Over 3 years of experience in HR and general administration in a manufacturing setting.
  • Experience with recruitment, training, payroll, and legal matters.
  • Willing to work in Karawang area.

Overview

Administer Compensation and Benefit Plans. Assist in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Process. Conduct Employee Onboarding and help organize Training & Development initiatives. Provide support to Employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues. Promote HR programs to create an efficient and harmonious workplace. Assist in development and implementation of Human Resource policies. Undertake tasks around performance management. Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews. Maintain employee files and records.

Responsibilities

  • Support performance management activities and organize quarterly and annual performance reviews.
  • Maintain accurate employee files and records.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor Degree in related field (Psychology and Law).
  • Over 3 years of experience in HR (training) and general administration (GA) in a manufacturing setting, preferably with a Japanese company.
  • Experience handling recruitment, training, payroll, and legal matters.
  • Fluent in English (writing and speaking).
  • Willing to work in Karawang area.
