Our client is a family recreation park in Bali.

For this position, both Expats and Indonesian Nationals are being considered.

Profile

• Experience in resorts and/or family recreation parks
• Minimum 2 years experience in the same position or a strong current #2 ready for the next step up could also be considered
• Coming from strong operations background
• Fluent in English both written and spoken
• For Expat, some good level of Bahasa would be needed
• Highly interactive, people friendly, sensitive to staff needs and a great team player
• Must maintain a well-groomed and professional appearance
• Actively involved in ensuring excellent guest experience and innovative in revenue generating efforts
• Passion for service excellence
