About the role

As a Foreman Warehouse at PT TRILLIUN PRIMA SUKSES (Surabaya), you will play a vital role in overseeing the efficient operation of the company's warehouse in Surabaya, Jawa Timur. Reporting to the senior management, you will be responsible for leading a team of warehouse workers and ensuring smooth and effective logistics operations.

What you'll be doing

• Supervising and coordinating the daily activities of the warehouse team to ensure targets and deadlines are met
• Overseeing the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods, maintaining accurate inventory records
• Implementing and enforcing warehouse policies, procedures, and safety protocols
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes to enhance efficiency
• Managing staff scheduling, training, and performance reviews
• Collaborating with other departments to align warehouse operations with the overall business strategy
• Generating reports and providing updates on warehouse performance to senior management

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Foreman or Supervisor in a fast-paced warehouse environment
