Job summary

An HR Consultancy Service is seeking a Finance & Accounting Assistant Manager to oversee operations, evaluate targets, and support compliance with financial regulations. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's Degree and has a minimum of 5 years of experience in finance accounting, preferably in the service industry. Proficiency in business English and Microsoft Office is required. This position is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance accounting, preferably in the service industry.
• Must be proficient in business-level English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of the Finance & Accounting team.
• Evaluate and report progress on targets and programs every six months.
• Ensure management system requirements for Finance & Accounting are implemented and communicated.
• Assist in planning new marketing strategies.
• Support and update management on financial and tax laws and regulations.

Job Description

• To oversee operations of the F&A
• To evaluate report on the progress of the target & program every six months
• To ensure Management system requirements related to F&A are adopted implemented and communicated also take necessary action to improve it
• To help with the planning for new marketing plans and strategies
• To support and update management and other related department regarding updated information on financial and tax laws and regulations

Requirement

• Bachelor Degree with Experience minimum 5 years (Finance accounting) *Prefer in service industry
