As a Field Advisor for Automotive Trucks, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to our customer, ensuring that our trucks remain operational and efficient while out in the field and provide quality services and satisfactory solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and resolve complaints in accordance with customer complaint criteria.
  • Use diagnostic tools and equipment to assess and identify issues with diesel engines, electrical systems, brake systems, and more.
  • Keep detailed records of field visits, including diagnoses, recommendations, and actions taken.
  • Ensure that all maintenance and repair solutions align with industry standards and best practices.
  • Promote safety at all times, ensuring all field activities are conducted with the highest safety standards.
Qualifications
  • Possess a diploma's degree in business, marketing, or a related field from a reputable university.
  • Demonstrate a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the automotive or truck industry.
  • Strong knowledge of diesel engines, truck systems, and diagnostic tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, selling skill, teknikal trouble shooting and maintenance teams effectively.
