Job description

Overview

• Lead and manage the demand planning process & Distribution process to branches.
• Collaborate with Principle Manager to align demand forecasts with business strategies and market trends.
• Analyze historical sales data and market trends to create accurate demand plans.
• Monitor and adjust distribution quantities to avoid overstocking or stockouts at branches.
• Maintain close communication with Principles, logistics teams, and other stakeholders to ensure product availability.
• Manage inventory levels to avoid overstocking or stockouts.
• Prepare and present regular demand reports, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
• Continuously improve demand forecasting processes and tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Pharmacy, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Demand Planning, preferably in pharmaceutical or medical distribution
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and a team player
