Responsibilities
  • Handle day‑to‑day operations at the branch, ensuring hassle‑free and timely execution of shipments.
  • Update the system on new bookings and coordinate with shippers to arrange goods by sea freight.
  • Process export documentation with the brokerage department and obtain custom clearance on time.
  • Coordinate with the DGL warehouse team for timely collection/delivery to CFS.
  • Plan shipments with buying offices, 3PL providers, and shipping lines to secure the best possible price for customers.
  • Support the Ocean Export team to secure space with carriers/onwards as necessary.
  • Update shippers and destination agents with vessel planning and monitor cargo arrival at the seaport.
  • Monitor and verify shipper’s and consignee’s documents (Commission Invoice, P. List, NPE, PEB, PIB, LPBC).
  • Send pre alerts to agents and process necessary communications referring to shipment status.
  • Create AMS / ISF / ACI documentation and control payment credit terms.
Qualifications
  • Experience in freight forwarding, customer service, and sales roles.
