Job Title: Customer Service Inside Sales

Location: Bintan, Indonesia

Direct Manager: Global Operation Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with the sales team to handle the related documents received from field sales.
  • Maintain tracking of incoming sales and delivered units.
  • Review Order Confirmations from Order Processing and send updates to customers on the order details and scheduling.
  • Liaise with Production to ensure timely delivery.
  • Consolidate respective sale documents to pass to the Accounts Department upon successful delivery, installation, and commissioning.
  • Manage and organize sales documents.
  • Meet ISO Objectives and comply with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 13485 requirements.
  • Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services.
  • Handle and resolve customer’s complaints.
  • Co-ordinate order processing and shipment of goods.
  • Help customers to decide what type of products would best suit their needs together with product specialists.

The Ideal Candidate Would Possess:

  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences (biology, pharmacy, chemistry, biomedical), preferably specialized in sales and marketing.
  • Good in spoken and written English is a must, Good in spoken and written Mandarin is a plus.
  • Candidates with experience in handling paperwork and achieving customer satisfaction preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office like MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
  • Good attitude and shows responsibility.
  • Understanding of production and marketing techniques, including production processes and sales analysis.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Willing to work on-site in Bintan, Kep. Riau.
