Curriculum and Student Management Administrator - ACS Bali
The Curriculum and Student Management Administrator’s key tasks will likely include the following, plus others by negotiation and agreement after appointment:
Academic Data & Reporting
- Manage and organise student academic data, including assessments, reports, and transcripts.
- Manage the Engage Student Management Information System, including the inputting of data.
- Assist in compiling data for school self-evaluation and accreditation purposes.
- Support teachers in the preparation and submission of assessment results.
- Maintain updated records of curriculum documents (e.g., unit plans, scope and sequence, lesson plans, syllabi, and schemes of work).
- Assist in preparing curriculum handbooks, academic calendars and assessment guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with national and international curriculum requirements (e.g., Kemendikbud, Cambridge, IB, etc.).
- Provide documents for students, relating to the needs of Diknas, including the transfer letter (surat mutasi), and linierity process (penyetaraan) for overseas students.
- Provide documents needed by Diknas and Kemendikbud.
- Act as Dapodik Operator to manage, update, and report school data through the Dapodik (Education Data System) application in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology.
Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate with teachers, subject leaders, and academic coordinators regarding curriculum implementation.
- Communicate academic-related information to parents and students (when needed).
- Serve as administrative support during curriculum meetings, workshops, and training.
Event & Examination Support
- Provide administrative support for school examinations in Cambridge and IB Diploma Programmes.
- Assist in the logistics of academic competitions, exhibitions, and curriculum-related school programmes.
Quality Assurance & Compliance
- Support internal audits of teaching and learning documentation.
- Ensure timely submission of reports required by the school and relevant educational authorities (SPK, Cambridge, and IBO).
- Assist in preparing accreditation and inspection (Monev from Kemendikbud) documents.
General and ongoing key activities
- Effective communication with all stakeholders
- Proactive use of appropriate social media channels.
- Providing timely advice and recommendations to the Executive Principal and Senior Leadership Team on matters relating to this portfolio.
- Being responsible for the efficient and effective use of all administration resources.
- Being a role model around the school, modelling the highest standards of professional and personal behaviour and performance.
- Being always a strong ambassador for the school at all times, by being professional, approachable and effective - by word, action and example.
