Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Coffee Roaster to join the team at Amuya Layanan Prima. In this role, you will assist in the roasting process, ensuring that each batch of coffee meets our high standards of quality and flavor. You'll have the opportunity to learn from experienced roasters while contributing to the creation of exceptional coffee products that align with our unique brand identity.
Responsibilities
Assist in the roasting process of coffee beans, following established recipes and protocols
Monitor roasting equipment and make adjustments to maintain optimal roasting conditions
Conduct quality checks on roasted coffee, assessing aroma, flavor, and consistency
Document roasting profiles and maintain accurate records of production
Collaborate with the roasting team to refine and develop new coffee profiles
Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with health and safety standards
