Qualifications
  • Candidate must have at least a Degree or equivalent in a related field
  • 5 years of work experience in a related field preferred
  • Must have spoken and written English and Bahasa Indonesia at basic/fluent level
  • Must have basic/advanced experience with financial reporting & analysis
  • Ability to understand the principles and procedures of bookkeeping and record-keeping
  • Excellent organizational, time management and communication skills
  • Detail oriented, honest and disciplined
  • Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability
  • Strong attention to detail and highly motivated with ability to work under pressure
Job Responsibilities
  • Able to perform bookkeeping and general accounting
  • Create and maintain spreadsheets
  • Perform invoicing and reconciliation for varying departments
  • Experience in financial planning, analysis, and budgeting
  • Produce a variety of reports including income statements and balance sheets
  • Check for accuracy in reports, figures and postings
  • Reconcile and report any discrepancies found in the records
  • Perform clerical work and interoffice support including receiving and processing mail
  • Understand and able to create tax accounts
