A leading entertainment and conservation company in Jakarta seeks an Asst. Compensation & Benefit Manager to ensure smooth payroll processes and optimize employee services. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, experience with HRIS, and knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations. Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting.
  • Proven experience in handling payroll using HRIS.
  • Strong understanding and ability to calculate PPh21 (employee income tax).
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to coordinate multiple functions.
  • Good knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations (Omnibus Law / Job Creation Law).

Responsibilities

  • Execute the payroll process from data extraction to salary disbursement.
  • Create and monitor the validity period of employment contracts.
  • Monitor and manage employee data updates with government institutions.
  • Manage digital personnel administration and ensure records remain up to date.
  • Provide employee services like leave requests and working permits.

Overview

Asst. Compensation & Benefit Manager direct report Compensation and Benefit Manager.

Asst. Compensation & Benefit Manager is responsible for ensuring that the payroll calculation process runs smoothly, accurately, and on time. This role also focuses on optimizing employee services, including insurance, BPJS, personnel documentation, and matters related to government regulations such as WLKP, Company Regulations, and other General Affairs aspects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute the payroll process, from data extraction to salary disbursement into employees’ bank accounts
  • Create and monitor the validity period of employment contracts
  • Monitor and manage employee data updates and adjustments with relevant government institutions
  • Manage digital personnel administration and ensure all records remain up to date
  • Provide employee services such as leave requests, reference letters, working permits (for expatriates), and other related services
  • Manage and optimize the use of HRIS, supporting a digital-first culture
Key Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting.
  • Proven experience in handling payroll using HRIS.
  • Strong understanding and ability to calculate PPh21 (employee income tax).
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to coordinate multiple functions.
  • HR Management certification.
  • Good knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations (Omnibus Law / Job Creation Law).
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Willing to be placed at Head Office Taman Safari Indonesia, Jakarta.
