A global digital transformation partner is seeking a Call Centre Operator in Semarang. The ideal candidate will handle customer complaints, have effective communication skills, and proficiency in Mandarin (HSK 3). Candidates must hold a diploma with a minimum GPA of 2.75. Experience in customer service is preferred but fresh graduates are welcome to apply. The role requires willingness to work in shifts.
