We are seeking a results-oriented Sales Specialist with a strong understanding of the offline advertising ecosystem to join our growing team. You will be responsible for offering end-to-end advertising solutions—from creative content production and intelligent distribution (ADS) to multi-scenario ad placements—for leading brand clients.

Responsibilities

• Strong sales acumen with proven ability to independently manage and close deals.
• Solid understanding of offline advertising environments such as elevators, convenience stores, and traditional markets.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and optimize campaign strategies.
• Strong proficiency in English for professional use.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is a strong advantage and will support cross-border communication and project coordination.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in advertising sales, ideally in offline advertising (OOH), programmatic advertising (ADS), or retail media networks (RMN).
• Existing client network in FMCG, retail, or lifestyle sectors.
• Familiarity with ad tech platforms (e.g., DSP, ADS) and offline media buying processes.
• Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to integrate creative, technology, and media resources into holistic advertising strategies.
• Ownership of a private car and a valid driver’s license is required.
• Mandarin-speaking candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
