Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Accounting or related fields.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily bookkeeping and financial records.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
  • Monitor cash flow and prepare budget forecasts.
  • Manage payroll and employee reimbursements.
  • Prepare and file monthly and annual tax reports.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and policies.

Responsibilities
  • As we are a start-up, the Accounting role will cover end-to-end accounting and finance functions, including but not limited to:
  • Managing daily bookkeeping and financial records
  • Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Monitoring cash flow and preparing budget forecasts
  • Managing payroll and employee reimbursements
  • Preparing and filing monthly and annual tax reports (PPh, VAT, etc.)
  • Coordinating with external auditors, tax consultants, and banks
  • Ensuring compliance with government regulations and company policies
  • Supporting procurement and vendor payment processes
  • Assisting management with financial analysis for decision-making
  • Providing support in financial planning, budgeting, and fundraising activities
  • Performing ad-hoc tasks and cross-department collaboration when needed
