A health staffing agency in the UK is seeking experienced Senior Care Assistants to deliver high standards of care and support junior team members. This role involves leading staff, administering medication, and ensuring the well-being of service users across care homes. Applicants must have NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care, experience in a senior position, and up-to-date training. The agency does not provide sponsorship, so applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
Qualifications
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent.
- Experience in a senior care role required.
- Strong communication and leadership skills needed.
- Valid enhanced DBS and up-to-date training mandatory.
- Knowledge of medication administration procedures is essential.

- Lead and support care staff on shift.

- Monitor, update, and review care plans.
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding and CQC standards.
