Due to a recent expansion of our leadership team, 360 Health + Community is seeking an experienced and motivated leader who demonstrates vision and values based leadership aligned with 360 Health + Community's values of Collaboration, Compassion, Integrity and Accountability.

The Service Lead Youth Mental Health is a newly created key management roleresponsible for achieving outcomes to clients through leadership of 360 Health's Youth Mental Health services which currently include but are not limited to headspace Fremantle, Rockingham and Mandurah. A member of the management team supporting a General Manager, you will advocate on behalf of clients served by your team within senior and executive management decision making forums, thereby playing a significant role in shaping the strategic focus of the organisation.

The role requires coaching and mentoring of direct reports to ensure agreed outcomes and performance indicators are achieved within the resources available. To be successful in this role you will be expected to apply your personal drive, professional experience, and exemplary conduct to building and sustaining a high performing team that effectively responds to and addresses client issues. To this end, experience in managing funding programs in a community health environment and/or experience and theoretical knowledge of youth mental health interventions in a variety of settings will be highly valued.

The attributes we are seeking are:

  • Experience in providing inspirational leadership within a relevant/related sector with highly developed financial, operational and people management skills.
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field.
  • Demonstrated ability to act under strict pressure, balancing KPIs, achievement of organisational targets and client outcomes.
  • Demonstrated success in driving change and achieving desired outcomes in highly regulated and complex environments.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively consult, influence others and develop and deliver quality clinical care services on time and to schedule.
  • High level conceptual and problem-solving skills including organisational behaviour, change management, the ability to analyse evidence and provide strategic leadership and expert advice on policies, strategies, and recommended solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive a value-based culture of collaboration and participation, setting high personal standards of cooperative and collaborative behaviour.
  • Significant experience in managing key internal/external relationships and balancing competing and sensitive priorities.
  • Experience in clinical program reporting which includes internal, to the Board and contractual/ funding bodies.
  • Financial and business skills and acumen with extensive experience in the preparation of budgets, business plans and funding submissions.

On offer:

  • Salary $136,841.00 per annum
