A not-for-profit health services provider is seeking a Service Lead for Youth Mental Health in Welshpool. The Service Lead Youth Mental Health is a newly created key management roleresponsible for achieving outcomes to clients through leadership of 360 Health's Youth Mental Health services which currently include but are not limited to headspace Fremantle, Rockingham and Mandurah. A member of the management team supporting a General Manager, you will advocate on behalf of clients served by your team within senior and executive management decision making forums, thereby playing a significant role in shaping the strategic focus of the organisation.
The role requires coaching and mentoring of direct reports to ensure agreed outcomes and performance indicators are achieved within the resources available. To be successful in this role you will be expected to apply your personal drive, professional experience, and exemplary conduct to building and sustaining a high performing team that effectively responds to and addresses client issues. To this end, experience in managing funding programs in a community health environment and/or experience and theoretical knowledge of youth mental health interventions in a variety of settings will be highly valued.

360 Health + Community's corporate office is in Welshpool, and the areas of responsibility for this role currently include Fremantle, Rockingham and Mandurah. Consideration will therefore be given to the incumbent's base location being Welshpool, Rockingham or Mandurah, with the expectation that a regular presence will be maintained across all service locations.
