As the Platform Delivery Manager for AI Engineering, you will own the delivery of foundational capabilities that make Compare the Market an AI‑native engineering organisation. You’ll define the right work, sequence it for impact, and ensure it gets delivered safely, scalably, and on time. This is a hybrid role that combines the system‑level clarity of a Technical Product Manager with the execution rigour of a Delivery Manager. You will work side‑by‑side with engineers, not above or around them.

Some of the great things you’ll do:

• Define and maintain the team’s delivery roadmap and priorities, tied to OKRs
• Break complex initiatives into shippable work and sequence them effectively
• Drive planning and execution cycles and ensure the right things move forward
• Actively resolve blockers and ambiguities through tight loops with engineering
• Coordinate dependencies across AI Labs, Data and AI, Architecture, and platform teams
• Ensure delivered capabilities are complete, usable, and integrated

What we’d like to see from you:

• Experience within an AI in software engineering environment.
• Proven track record of delivering complex platform or internal tooling initiatives
• Strong planning and scheduling discipline; ensures predictable delivery and clear commitments
• Skilled at turning ambiguous goals into sequenced, trackable work
• Deep understanding of software delivery practices including CI/CD, SDLC, and developer workflows
• Familiar with AI‑native engineering concepts, including Model Context Protocol (MCP)
• Highly organized communicator who maintains delivery visibility and stakeholder confidence
• Balances short‑term execution pressure with long‑term system integrity

• Engineers feel unblocked, focused, and confident in what they are building
