Key Responsibilities
  • Spearhead stock control, collaborating with stakeholders.
  • Organise safe and timely dispatch.
  • Maintain equipment safety and inventory accuracy.
  • Lead and motivate warehouse operatives.
  • Champion Health and Safety across all sites.
  • Liaise with customers, suppliers, and transport firms.
  • Coordinate goods receipt, order assembly, and dispatch.
  • Optimise space and equipment, meeting budgetary and environmental targets.
  • Uphold company policies.
  • Manage automated systems.
  • Address customer inquiries.
  • Plan for future capacity.
  • Recruit, train, and monitor staff.
  • Foster teamwork and productivity.
  • Produce performance reports and conduct team briefings.
