This role involves managing large and complex planning applications independently, presenting at committee meetings, and collaborating with a supportive team on strategic developments. The position offers £50 per hour, initially on a 3-month contract.

Carrington West are delighted to be assisting this Essex based Local Authority client with their search for an experienced Principal DM Planning Officer to join their Strategic Majors Team. This is a key role for an experienced planner who can work independently on large, complex applications and confidently present at committee and appeals.
