About the Role

As a Group Planning Manager you will support the Commercial Teams with planning, reports, and data to make informed and detailed decisions regarding demand forecasting and service reporting requirements. You will analyse and predict volume information to manage demand, supply, and logistics around base business, NPD & EPD volumes, and capacities for both products and raw materials. This role requires you to be an integral business partner, fostering relationships between customers, 2SFG, and BPO. You will also need to visit sites and customers as required by the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead governance of daily phasing of demand, monitor actual orders, and adjust as necessary
  • Monitor and amend daily and weekly product profiles, especially during promotional activities
  • Assist sites and planning teams with order fluctuations, errors, and variances
  • Collect and monitor key performance data, service levels, and identify supply chain gaps
  • Check stock levels, waste levels, and sales variances
  • Forecast to KPIs across various periods to achieve forecast accuracy based on business / commercial targets

You are a detail-oriented and analytical professional with a strong background in demand planning and supply chain management. You excel in data analysis and have a knack for predicting volume information to manage demand and supply effectively. You are a proactive problem-solver who can support commercial teams and planning teams with insightful data and reports. Your ability to foster strong relationships with customers and internal teams makes you an invaluable business partner.
