We are seeking a Food Supply Planner to manage the end-to-end procurement and supply planning of food products across Harrods’ world-class food operations.

About The Role

As a Food Supply Planner, you will be responsible for ensuring product availability, cost control, and inventory health across all food channels, including Food Halls, Kitchens, Restaurants, and retail selling sites. You will work collaboratively across departments and with external suppliers to deliver a resilient, efficient, and customer-focused supply chain.

Key responsibilities include:

• Creating and maintaining accurate demand forecasts at article level, factoring in seasonality, events, and new product development.
• Ensuring product availability across all sites and channels, managing substitutions and availability issues with relevant stakeholders.
• Generating and maintaining accurate purchase orders, while managing open orders and supplier documentation.
• Monitoring and improving supplier performance, waste levels, and inventory health using relevant data and KPIs.
• Supporting cross-functional planning and category strategies, aligning supply plans with sales forecasts and budget targets.
  
  

Depending on your role, you may be fully on-site or have a mix of on-site and home working – this is what we refer to as ‘Hybrid’. Our hybrid working policy allows colleagues to work from home for part of the week, with a minimum of three days on-site, depending on business needs.

About You

You’ll be a detail-oriented and proactive planner with a solid grasp of supply and demand management, ideally within food, retail, or FMCG. You thrive in fast-paced environments, balancing availability and cost control while navigating changing priorities with confidence. Your strong analytical skills, systems proficiency, and ability to build effective relationships across teams will be key to your success in this role.

You will also have:

• Experience in supply planning, preferably within food, retail, or FMCG.
• Advanced Excel skills; SAP experience is a strong advantage.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
