• Sound knowledge of UK planning policy and legislation.
• Understanding of Environmental Impact Assessment legislation.
• Experience working on major planning applications and Development Consent Orders.
• Experience working in collaborative multi‑disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the management and delivery of major development applications.
• Provide planning advice including consenting routes.
• Carry out planning research and analysis.
• Write Planning Statements and Design Statements.
• Contribute to successful commercial tenders.
