About the Role:
As an HR Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting HR operations and delivering high-quality, customer-focused services across academic and professional services. You'll be the backbone of our HR team, helping to manage the full employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Support recruitment and selection processes, ensuring timely communication with managers.
Handle immigration and certificate of sponsorship applications, maintaining compliance with UKVI regulations.
Manage contract creation and administration, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Assist with leaver administration, DBS checks, and absence management.
Provide note-taking support during employee relations meetings and prepare necessary paperwork.
Maintain accurate staff records in the HR/Payroll system.
