Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of the Housing Act 1996, Homelessness Act 2002, and Homelessness Reduction Act 2017.
  • Ability to manage complex caseloads efficiently and meet statutory deadlines.
  • Skilled in conducting homelessness assessments and making legally sound decisions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication for liaising with applicants, colleagues, and external agencies.
  • Ability to identify risks early and implement effective interventions to prevent homelessness.

Temporary Role - 3 months with possible extension
Full Time - Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week
£245 per day Umbrella inside IR35
IT Equipment Provided

Hybrid Working - 2 to 3 days per week in office (Ealing, W5 2HL), remainder at home
