Manpower is looking for skilled and enthusiastic Gardeners to join our client's team in Oxford for the spring and summer 2026 season. This is a temporary full‑time contract」、「 starting in March 2026 and running until October or November 2026 for the right person. If you take pride in caring for outdoor spaces and enjoy physical, hands‑on work, this is aajax great opportunity to do what you love in a friendly, supportive environment.

What's on Offer
  • Temporary full‑time work from March to October / November 2026
  • 12.49 per hour (rate depends on experience)
  • Oxford City Centre based with easy travel links
  • Working hours: Monday to Thursday 07:30-16:00, Friday 07:30-12:00
What You'll Be Doing
  • Keeping grounds clean and tidy - sweeping, litter removal, and weed control
  • Maintaining lawns - mowing, edging, fertilising, and repairing turf
  • Looking after borders and plants - pruning, planting, and watering
  • Shaping Roy hedges and shrubs for that perfect finish
  • ?>Using and maintaining garden machinery, tractors, and attachments
  • Supporting with landscaping and Jane nursery work under supervision
  • Training on how to record_decoder. your hours using a mobile device
