Senior Project Manager - PACS/RIS
Job summary
A leading digital health provider is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of radiology software solutions within NHS environments. You will manage complex implementations and foster engagement with clinical stakeholders to ensure operational success. Our client, a leading digital health provider, is seeking a highly capable and confident project leader to oversee the end-to-end delivery of complex radiology IT implementations across NHS Trusts.
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven experience managing the delivery of PACS, RIS, or other radiology systems within the NHS
- Deep understanding of clinical workflows and radiology department operations
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills – able to communicate with radiologists, clinicians, IT teams, and Trust leadership
- Ability to work across multi-disciplinary teams, manage vendors, and drive timelines in a complex regulatory environment
- Demonstrated success in project governance, risk mitigation, and resource planning
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the implementation and deployment of radiology software solutions across multiple NHS sites
- Facilitate workshops, define business requirements, and translate clinical needs into project plans
- Build relationships with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders to ensure adoption and operational success
- Navigate NHS change processes, information governance, and compliance
- Act as the primary point of contact between vendor, Trust, and internal delivery team
