A leading recruitment consultancy is seeking a Technical Architect for an initial 3-month hybrid contract. The role involves managing customer MPN delivery, troubleshooting network connectivity, and producing documentation. Candidates must have strong customer engagement skills and knowledge of network designs. A valid SC Clearance is required. This position offers opportunities to travel between Suffolk and London, and to collaborate with external parties.
Qualifications
Strong security clearance is preferred due to the nature of the role.
Experience delivering network solutions across various environments.
Responsabilités
Manage/support/technical authority for customer MPN Delivery.
Technical lead and delivery of MPN.
Troubleshoot network connectivity during testing.
Collaborate with internal/external parties as required.
Travel to customer sites for meetings.
Produce Migration documentation.

Customer engagement and interaction skills
Ability to generate quality documentation
Knowledge of delivering network designs, IP-VPN
Knowledge of Cloud connectivity
Knowledge of Mobile Connectivity Solutions
Knowledge of LAN & WIFI
Knowledge of TCP/IP

Knowledge of LAN, WAN, MERAKI
Knowledge of QoS
Knowledge of general access and security controls
