Cover Supervisors Needed - Burton & Derby
Flexible Adhoc Opportunities Daily Rate: 90 - 140 (DOE)

Tradewind Recruitment are excited to be supporting a number of Secondary Schools across Derby and Burton who are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Cover Supervisors to join their teams on an adhoc basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with young people and want to gain valuable classroom experience. Whether you are a graduate considering a career in teaching, an experienced Cover Supervisor, or someone with strong classroom management skills, we’d love to hear from you!

As a Cover Supervisor, you'll be stepping into the classroom to deliver pre-prepared lessons in the absence of the teacher. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supervising classes across a range of subjects.
• Managing behaviour in line with school policies.
• Providing guidance and support to pupils where needed.
• Ensuring that students remain engaged and on task.

• Flexibility - choose the days you want to work.
• Variety - gain experience in different schools and settings.
• Competitive pay - between 90 and 140 per day depending on experience.
• Ongoing support - from our friendly and professional Derby team.

• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• A positive and adaptable approach to working with young people.
• Previous school-based experience is desirable, but not essential.
