Overview

Eir Evo are working with one of Europes Leading Technology specialists to the telecoms sector. The business are continuing to innovate and make serious headway, so are looking for a Team Lead for their DevOps function in Nice. The current team is 4 which is a mix of DevOps Engineers & SREs. Their Tech Stack - OpenStack, Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, Terraform, Elasticsearch, Gitlab CI, PostgresSQL, Python, Java, Node.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the implementation of best practices and the automation of deployments in order to ensure a better quality of service for the products delivered
• Support, developing, and motivating employees
• Define priorities for each team member through regular interviews
• Plan tasks and ensure they are completed on time
• Monitor and validate requests in the HRIS

Requirements / Qualifications

• Has 5+ years in a similar role
• Worked with the majority of their tech stack
• Ability to develop a team and their skills
• Has experience working with Unix (plus)
