Aufgaben
- Monitor workflow and team activities.
- Handle complaints and monitor information flow.
- Oversee training budget and HR duties.
- Manage recruitment workflow and predict future issues.

The role will be busy and varied, overseeing a team of Graduate and Trainee Accountants/Bookkeepers and monitoring workflow.
- Monitor Workflow
- Deal with complaints
- Monitor Flow of Information
- Monitoring Targets
- Some HR duties such as monitoring holidays/sickness
- Overseeing training budget/CPD’s
- Note taking
- Chasing up on projects
- Overseeing the recruitment workflow liaising with the external agent
- Predicting future issues
- Pre-empting planning strategy alongside management team
- Health & Safety
- Using the CRM you will oversee Reports on the following
- Credit Control
- Client Communications
- Phone Calls
- Letters
- Targets
- Production Rates
- Scheduling Holidays
- Contracts
- Assisting with Payroll
