An exciting opportunity to join a highly successful accountancy firm based in North Wales and the Northwest of England. The company has over 15 locations in this region.

The role will be busy and varied, overseeing a team of Graduate and Trainee Accountants/Bookkeepers and monitoring workflow.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor Workflow
  • Deal with complaints
  • Monitor Flow of Information
  • Monitoring Targets
  • Some HR duties such as monitoring holidays/sickness
  • Overseeing training budget/CPD’s
  • Note taking
  • Chasing up on projects
  • Overseeing the recruitment workflow liaising with the external agent
  • Predicting future issues
  • Pre-empting planning strategy alongside management team
  • Health & Safety
  • Using the CRM you will oversee Reports on the following
    • Credit Control
    • Client Communications
    • Phone Calls
    • Letters
    • Targets
    • Production Rates
    • Scheduling Holidays
    • Contracts
    • Assisting with Payroll
