As a Library Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the provision of a high-quality customer-focused service through the management of a team of Library Services Assistants, Mobile Library Drivers, and volunteers. You will ensure that team members are kept well informed and that they have the necessary skills to provide a welcoming and efficient frontline service to customers. You will manage room bookings and use of the venue, promote and deliver campaigns and other services aligned with the annual service plan, and ensure that the library sites remain attractive and well presented. You will also be responsible for collating statistical, financial, and other data to provide accurate information for service planning and monitoring.
