Electrical Supervisor - Lead with Impact, Drive Excellence

We're looking for a motivated and experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee the delivery of all mechanical, electrical, and associated maintenance services across our site. Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire a team of engineers and subcontractors to deliver efficient, high-quality services.
  • Ensure all work meets contractual KPIs and financial targets.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver services professionally and cost-effectively.
  • Provide accurate reporting and play a key role in supporting audits across quality, health & safety, environment, and finance.
What We're Looking For / Requirements
  • A technically strong leader with proven experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and overseeing operational spend.
  • Solid knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Confidence in handling escalations, driving continuous improvement, and promoting QHSE best practices.
