Overview

WJ are the UKs market leading road marking and highways safety business. We are currently seeking a Contracts Supervisor to join our team based in Elland. As a Contracts Supervisor you will mainly work on strategic network schemes for tier one clients including National Highways, the role will require working predominantly on nights and some weekends.

Responsibilities

• Managing safety in the work place
• Meeting clients
• Agreeing programmes of works
• Carrying out site inductions
• Managing & supervising site operations
• Carrying out site audits/inspections
• Understanding drawings & specifications
• Setting out sites for application of markings including vehicle mounted pre-marking

Qualifications

• The successful candidate will either have extensive practical road marking experience looking to take the next step in their career or be an experienced Contracts Supervisor looking for a change.
