A leading micromobility company is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to support staff recruitment for their Fleet Operations department in the Nordics. You will manage the entire recruitment process while collaborating closely with hiring managers and HR. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Swedish, possess strong communication skills, and have experience in volume recruitment. As part of the Talent Acquisition team , you will be responsible for staffing our Fleet Operations department (warehouses) in the Nordics region (Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland). In this role, you will partner with the hiring managers, supporting them in their recruitment, advising them in all areas relating to talent acquisition and coaching them continuously on Voi's best practices.
In addition, you will collaborate closely with the rest of the Talent Acquisition team, and the wider People & Culture function to develop and strengthen our talent acquisition practice across the organisation. This will include :
