Contract: 12-Month Fixed Term
Salary: £36,704 per annum
Hours: Full Time (35 / 70 hours over two weeks – nine‑day fortnight)
Location: Mobile, with travel across our geography; occasional team meetings at head office, Birmingham.

You will build strong relationships with stakeholders, understand pressure points across our geography, and support hiring managers to attract and shortlist applications. Your focus will be on recognising potential talent and increasing diversity through innovative attraction campaigns, proactive talent search, talent pool engagement, and employer branding.
