Job Information

Job Type: Full-time, Contract, Temporary, Volunteer

Contract: 12-Month Fixed Term

Salary: £36,704 per annum

Hours: Full Time (35 / 70 hours over two weeks – nine‑day fortnight)

Location: Mobile, with travel across our geography; occasional team meetings at head office, Birmingham.

Responsibilities

We are currently seeking an experienced Housing recruitment professional to join our team. You will build strong relationships with stakeholders, understand pressure points across our geography, and support hiring managers to attract and shortlist applications. Your focus will be on recognising potential talent and increasing diversity through innovative attraction campaigns, proactive talent search, talent pool engagement, and employer branding.

Qualifications
  • Previous experience in Housing recruitment is essential.
  • Proactive recruitment experience utilizing job boards, social media, and networking to attract and engage talent.
  • Knowledge of the Housing industry and a track record of adapting to recruitment challenges.
  • Experience screening candidates to identify top talent.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills with a focus on providing outstanding customer service.
