Role Description

We are looking for a high‑energy, big‑personality Creator Outreach & Acquisition Specialist who loves talking to people, discovering exciting talent, and building real relationships with creators.

This isn’t a traditional sales role.

It’s an engagement, outreach, and relationship‑sparking position where your job is to make creators excited at the opportunity, not close the deal.

You’ll identify creators and founders who have built strong organic audiences and are ready to scale their brands. Your role is to connect with them, spark their curiosity, warm them up, and get them excited enough to book a meeting with our SLT, who will handle the pitch and close.

If you thrive at events, enjoy the odd schmooze, obsess over creator culture, and know how to make creators feel seen and excited, you’ll fit right in.

Responsibilities
Client Targeting & Outreach
  • Proactively identify creators and founders who are gaining momentum and are ready to grow their brands beyond organic reach.
  • Conduct research on creators, their businesses, and their audiences to understand who is the right fit for Metastat.
  • Craft standout outreach messages that feel personal, fun, and impossible to ignore.
Relationship Building & Engagement
  • Build genuine, long‑term relationships with creators, online and in person.
  • Attend events, mixers, activations, dinners and industry gatherings to connect with talent and bring them into the Metastat world.
  • Represent Metastat with charisma, excitement, and confidence as you warm creators up for the next stage.
Engagement
  • Spark interest in Metastat’s work by sharing stories, results, and opportunities in a conversational, creator‑friendly way.
  • Book qualified creators into follow‑up meetings with SLT, who will deliver the main pitch and drive the close.
  • Ensure creators feel excited, valued, and ready for that next conversation.
Collaboration
  • Work closely with leadership to refine our outreach strategy and share insights about creators, trends, and cultural shifts.
  • Provide feedback that helps shape how Metastat engages with creators at scale.
Competencies
Experience in Talent Management or Influencer Marketing

Experience managing or working closely with creators is needed. If you understand how creators think, communicate, and build their businesses, you’re just what we’re looking for.

Compensation & Structure

This role includes a competitive base salary plus a commission structure based on the number of SQLs booked (Sales Qualified Leads) that result in successful follow‑up meetings with Tom.

Success Metrics
  • Builds a high‑quality, engaged network of creators and affiliates who consistently funnel talent into Metastat and our clients.
  • Deliver 8–10 Qualified Creator / Founder Leads Identified per month, booked into follow‑up meetings with the SLT.
  • Develop strong referral networks from creators, leading to an ongoing pipeline of inbound interest.
  • Contribute to Metastat’s growing reputation as the partner for creator‑led brand growth.

Some roles will require global travel so flexibility in this aspect is important and your hiring manager will confirm this with you during the interview process.

Process

Phone Call with the Talent Team – this is an opportunity to ask any general questions about the role and business.

Role Alignment Survey – This survey is designed to explore how you think and approach different situations.

1st Interview – This first stage will involve meeting your direct team and / or manager and a peer in the team to dig more into your experience.

2nd Interview (Task Stage) – We will give you a task to prepare for and present to your Line Manager around a real life scenario in the role day to day.

Final Stage Interview – The final interview involves meeting Senior Stakeholders in the business and more of a cultural and long‑term conversation.
