Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated People Business Partner to join our team in at our global headquarters in Crewe. The role is in-office 5-days per week 08 : 30am to 5pm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with stakeholders s to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives
  • Provide guidance on employee relations issues, performance management, and talent development
  • Lead change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption
  • Analyse HR data and metrics to identify trends and recommend actionable insights
  • Develop and deliver training programmes to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities
  • Collaborate with the HR team to improve policies, processes, and employee experience
  • Act as a coach and mentor to managers, supporting their growth and effectiveness
  • Ensure compliance with UK employment laws and regulations
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive organisational culture
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • CIPD qualification preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in HR or a related field, with a focus on business partnering
  • Proven track record of partnering with senior leadership and implementing successful HR initiatives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in HR software and data analysis tools
  • Expertise in change management, employee relations, and performance management
  • In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices
  • Experience in talent management and organisational development
  • Ability to influence and drive results in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
