We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Dementia Support Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of experience working within a dementia setting and possess an NVQ Level 2 (or above) certificate in Health and Social Care.

• NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (essential)
• Experience working with individuals with dementia

• Providing person-centred care to residents with dementia
• Supporting residents with daily activities, leisure, and social engagement
• Ensuring residents are treated with dignity and respect
• Supporting residents who may show signs of distress
• Participating in tailored dementia training to enhance care skills
