Support Worker (Twilight / evening shifts)

Salary

£12.31 / hr

Hours

Full or Part‑time (including alternate weekend working)

Shifts

4pm – 10pm

We require 6 months of UK‑based work experience (in any sector) before applying. This does not apply to school/college leavers. Candidates who do not have a DBS will receive coverage for the DBS check from Hollybank Trust.

Rowan Court is a vibrant 15‑bed residential service for adults with profound and multiple learning disabilities and complex needs. The service is lively, welcoming, and the staff team are supportive and always happy to share their knowledge to ensure our adults receive the best possible care.

Day‑to‑Day Duties
  • Supporting with meals and drinks, encouraging participation in cooking and baking.
  • Assisting with personal care, including bathing and showering, to promote wellbeing.
  • Building relationships with adults and their families to provide truly person‑centred, individualised care.
