A leading housing provider is seeking a Resident Engagement Manager to enhance resident engagement and prepare for regulatory inspection. The role involves leading project management initiatives, improving service delivery, and managing a team of Engagement Officers. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in project and change management within housing or public sector environments. This position offers a competitive pay rate of £300-£350 per day and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on resident satisfaction.
Pertemps Network Group are delighted to be assisting a housing provider for a Resident Engagement Manager who will lead, coordinate, and deliver key change and project management initiatives across Housing Services to strengthen resident engagement and ensure full readiness for regulatory inspection. Working closely with the Head of Resident Involvement & Participation, the role will embed a modern, effective, and inclusive resident involvement structure ensuring residents have a strong voice and that their feedback directly shapes service improvements.
