Here at Balfour Beatty we're seeking an experienced Portfolio Quality Manager to strengthen quality oversight across our Regional Build Team. As our project pipeline grows, this role will provide the structure, visibility, and assurance needed to ensure each development meets the standards expected by our customers, regulators, and internal teams.
You will take a lead role in monitoring quality performance across multiple projects, supporting project teams with consistent processes, early risk identification, and effective issue resolution. Working closely with build, technical, and compliance colleagues, you'll help ensure that quality is delivered reliably, not reactively.
