Food Service Supervisor - Weekdays Only
Location: Bournemouth, BH7 7DA
Pay: £12.90 per hour
Hours: 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday
(Shifts between 7:00am - 6:00pm)

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Food Service Supervisor to join our team in Bournemouth. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced food service environment and enjoys leading by example - with the bonus of a Monday to Friday schedule.

What you'll be doing:

• Preparing and serving sandwiches, salads, and hot food in line with brand standards
• Leading and supervising a small team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Maintaining a clean and organised environment, including end-of-day cleaning and prep for the next day
• Assisting in the coffee shop by handcrafting beverages to brand standards and serving customers at the till
• Taking responsibility for stock management, including ordering and stocktakes

What we're looking for:

• Previous barista experience is essential
• A solid understanding of food safety standards
• Experience in hospitality or food service is desirable
• Confident in leading a team with strong communication skills
• Reliable, adaptable, and customer-focused
• Full vetting will be required
