I have an opportunity for a No.1 Site Manager to work on an 18 week contract, working on a shop fit-out project in Cardiff.

This Main Contractor have been operating since the 1980’s. As a business, they have always worked on refurbishment and fit-out projects across multiple sectors including retail, commercial offices and high end residential.

The role is an 18 week contract on a project comprising the fit out a retail unit within a shopping centre in Cardiff. The role is fast paced and requires an experience Site Manager with a strong track record working on shop fit-out projects. They are looking for someone to start in January 2020 and are ready to start interviewing now.

No.1 Site Manager:

• Experienced No.1 Site Manager with a track record working for a reputable main contractor
• Shop fit-out experience
• Ideally come from a carpentry background
• SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid
• Strong on Health & Safety and paperwork
• Able to commute to Cardiff on a daily basis
