Home Manager - Residential Care Home - 35 bedded service

Location: Hertfordshire Area

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum (DOE)

Hours: Full Time, Permanent

We are seeking an experienced Registered Home Manager to take the lead in a well-established residential care service in the Hertfordshire area. The home provides long-term residential, dementia, respite, and day care for older people and those with complex needs, with a strong reputation for high-quality, person-centred care.

The service was rated Good across all areas at its last CQC inspection and now requires a proven leader to maintain and further develop standards of excellence.
