A leading insurance provider is seeking a team leader in Leeds to manage claims related to property damage and bodily injury. This hybrid role requires strong leadership, data literacy, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will guide a team, manage performance, and ensure quality service delivery while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The purpose of this role is to lead and manage a team dealing with third party property damage and bodily injury claims. You’ll have great relationship-building skills and share our passion for outstanding customer service. Your team's priority is to investigate and settle claims in line with the Company strategy, protecting indemnity spend. With a focus on continuous improvement, you will ensure the team's industry knowledge and skills are developed in line with the changing market and advancing technologies.
This is a hybrid role that can be based out of our Leeds, Chelmsford, Ipswich, Bournemouth, and Croydon offices.
Salary Information
Pay: Circa £35,000 per year dependent on experience. Pay is based on relevant experience, skills for the role, and location. Salary is only one part of our total reward package.
