As Maintenance Team Leader at Reckitt’s Nottingham site, you will be responsible for overseeing all manufacturing maintenance activities within your area. Leading a team of 5–8 multi-skilled technicians and engineers, you will ensure equipment is maintained to GMP standards, supporting safety, reliability, and continuous improvement.
Able to lead a multi-disciplined manufacturing maintenance team to ensure delivery of functional Key Performance Indicators which contribute to the Supply function meeting its customer service, quality and cost targets.
Able to ensure the Maintenance team embraces the Reckitt culture and consistently demonstrate this through the application of the core values
Have either Degree in Engineering or related subject with experience in engineering eflection emaintenance eflectionmanagement roles or HNC eflectionmaintenance management experience or equivalent
