QS / Quantity Surveyor or Assistant QS- Building / Construction

Opportunity to join a growing regional building contractor, specialising in Student Accommodation and PRS projects.

Very stable business with its own development division self-generating work.

Roles available for QS and Assistant QS levels.

Duties:

As a Quantity Surveyor, you’ll be responsible for:

To ensure the successful financial completion of projects, protecting the exposure of the Company to financial risks, together with adherence to the commercial procedures of the Business.

Requirements:

To be considered for this Quantity Surveyor role you must meet the following criteria:

-Previous employment as a QS / Quantity Surveyor / Project Surveyor or Assistant QS.

-Previous Main contractor employment.

-Previous building sector project experience is essential.

Remuneration:

-£30k - £55k basic (dependent on experience)

- Car Allowance

-Pension
